*We have discovered that some of the Cann-branded products produced by RCW Manufacturing (LIC# CDPH-10002341) between 1/12/2023 and 5/12/2023 are experiencing quality issues that appear to result in over-pressured and/or expanding cans. While these products have passed all required testing, we have made the decision to stop shipping certain Cann-branded beverages until we are certain we have resolved the underlying issues. At Mary's Medicinals we strive to make certain that our products meet our quality standards and will voluntarily take swift action to remove a product from sale if there is any doubt of his quality or safety. With the discovery that a production batch of our Formula Transdermal Compound was labeled with cannabinoid content that varied from the actual cannabinoid content by a margin greater than 10%, we began the process of removing the product from sale and notifying our customers. While the product passed all required safety testing, we are asking that customers destroy any product from the misbranded production batch. This misbranded product is limited to one production batch with the following identifying information:

If you are a customer in possession of this production batch, please take a copy of your receipt and a photo of the lot number on the label into the dispensary where you purchased your product to receive a replacement or credit. If you are a retailer in possession of this product, a message was sent to the email account associated with your license with instructions on how to receive credits for the misbranded inventory.
